
In 2008, Darcy founded DSW Collective, LLC, focuses on the alignment of organizational values and principles with the development and implementation of practical yet aggressive systemic sustainable design strategies. The Collective consists of experienced practitioners in sustainability, business strategy and leadership, facilitation, organizational management and development, change management, system dynamics, supply chain, marketing and communication. We collectively accomplish our project work through unprecedented leadership, collaboration, innovation, fearlessness, and urgency.
Winslow is a Senior Sustainability Strategist with Brightworks, Inc., an Executive-in-Residence and Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, Program Director for Willamette University’s Sustainable Enterprise Program, and is an Adjunct Faculty member with the Center for Creative Leadership.
Winslow received her BS in exercise science and MS in exercise physiology and biomechanics, and is a 2003 graduate of the Stanford Executive Program. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for NorthWest Earth Institute, Portland State University’s Institute for Sustainable Solutions, and as a Technical Advisor to the Oregon Innovation Council; the Board of Directors for Portland Oregon Sustainability Institute, Greenopolis, The Cloud Institute for Sustainability Education, and the Council for Responsible Sport. She is an active member of the Society for Organizational Learning and Sustainability Consortium and was named a Pivotal Leaders, a Northwest-based network of clean-tech business leaders, for a second year.
Darcy is a lifelong athlete and enjoys traveling the world.
